Wedding Day Coverage

My goal is to provide you with the best coverage from every angle and ultimately to capture every significant moment so that you can look back at the complete story of your wedding day. It is also important to me that I give my clients enough coverage for their entire wedding day. This is accomplished through: Providing all of my wedding packages with 8 hours of coverage or more.

Every package will begin with pre-ceremony time referred to as the “Getting Ready” photos. The time will end with some late-night dancing after the cake cutting. Coverage typically begins two hours prior to the wedding ceremony however you have the ability to add additional hours to any collection as well.

Associate Photographer / 2nd Photographer

For Collections One and Two, regardless of how large or intimate your wedding will be, I work hand in hand with an associate photographer. Having a second photographer provides an extra set of eyes and hands so we can capture more angles and coverage of your portraits during sunset, ceremony and reception. 

Complimentary Engagement Session

Now that you have booked your wedding with me, let's get to know each other and celebrate your engagement!  It is extremely important to me to build a relationship with my couples prior to the wedding day.  Engagement sessions are so much fun and are the perfect way to “practice” working together on a personal level, so that on your wedding day is relaxed. I will help make sure I give you the ultimate engagement session experience by helping you find the perfect location. 

Photo-Timeline

Organization and punctuality are values I uphold at Dearly Beloved Photography. To show this, I provide you with a detailed photo-timeline of your wedding day. I coordinate the timeline with the bride, groom, and wedding coordinator so that all parties involved are coordinated and in sync. I also will schedule a timeline planning meeting prior to the wedding day to go through all the details. 

Delivery of Wedding Gallery

Within 8-10 weeks after your wedding day, you will receive a gorgeous private online gallery of your wedding day. The gallery allows you to share and email photos to your friends and family. You will also be able to download all of the images on your computer, create favorite lists, and order prints. All of your images come with a full print release. I do not have a set number of photos that I deliver. I give my couples all the best of the best moments. It also depends on what that day entails. Such as, do you have a big wedding party? Are you doing a first look? Are your guests dancing machines? 

Sneak Peek Gallery

Within 5 days after your wedding day I will send you a small gallery of 20 “highlights” from your amazing wedding. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy a few selected photos immediately with your family as I prepare your photos. 

Wedding Albums

Wedding albums can be sold à la carte any time after the wedding. Contact me for album pricing and information if you choose not to purchase Collection 3.

Since I want to see my clients again after their big day, I offer 5% off all future sessions booked with Dearly Beloved Photography. My hope is to document all of the milestones that follow getting married, such as maternity, newborn, & family sessions!
